Dale Rudkin worked as a senior field service representative for a very large laboratory distribution company for over thirty years. He was trained to repair hundreds of laboratory instruments in hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, research laboratories, industrial laboratories, power generation companies, food industry organizations, and waste water & filtration facilities.
Due to changes at his former company, Rudkin felt his customer base was being ignored and experienced a fair amount of unhappy customers. Prompted by this change, Rudkin started DR Lab Services in January 2011 to fill the void and offer them the more personal service approach to which his customers were accustomed.
